Statistics (BS)

The goal of the statistics programs is to acknowledge and train students in statistics as a rigorous field of mathematical sciences that helps to inform the interpretive side of data analysis work. The statistics learning objectives allow students to build a deep appreciation and knowledge of the theoretical foundations that construct statistical methods and reasoning, perhaps leading to high level work in statistics, such as research and graduate work.
